Reservation
All tours can be booked (in English or in Russian language) through our Siem Reap office. Please use emails, fax or phone to contact us. When you send email please provide us as more information as possible so that we can design the tours and calculate the price for your specific needs with the local availability and conditions and we will send to you in short time.
The package tours are available daily basic. Depending on the actual flights available and other local situations the time schedules and details of the itineraries may need to be adjusted from the published programs.

Confirmation
All reservation requests will be confirmed within 24 hours. When the immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised in return by email within 24 hours.

Refund and Cancellation
Should a booked and confirmed tour is cancelled; you must advice us in writing. The cancellation is effective only upon receiving letter, fax or e-mail from you.
Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our Siem Reap office more than 20 days in advance, From 8-19 days Will be charge 20%, From 3-7 days will be charge 50% and No Show 80 %.

Liability
Extreme World Angkor Tours ( EWA-TOURS ) acts an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices and other service providers. Consequently, we can not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs.
Additional expenses incurred due to cancellation or delay, accident, natural disasters, political actions or unrest, must be borne by the tourist.
